Beekeeping 101
All classes are a single 3-hour class.
Dates for 2026 every Saturday in Feb, except Feb. 25th come and visit us at the Flower and Garden Show in Hartford Ct at the Hartford Convention Center. Every Saturday in March for Beekeeping 101 from 10am to 1pm, call for details 860-605-0023 or book online with the class link.
Beekeeping 101 class. Yes, a real class. It will be held here at our apiary and retail store at 80 Holmes Rd Goshen CT. The course will be Given by Ed of Mike's Beehives LLC. Learn about the Honeybee, the hive, caring and feeding, treating for mites and preventative care. How to install your bees, inspections, when to do what, winter prep and a whole lot more. $49. per person or $80 for couples. All equipment, bee tools & equipment and protective gear will be available for purchase.
