Beekeeping 101 2023

All classes are a single 3 hour class.

Beekeeping 101 class. Yes, a real class. It will be held here at our apiary and retail store in Torrington. The course will be Given by Ed of Mike's Beehives LLC. Learn about the Honey Bee, the hive, caring and feeding, treating for mites and preventative care. How to install your bees, inspections, when to do what, winter prep and a whole lot more. $45. per person or $80 for couples. All equipment, bees tools & equipment and protective gear will be available for purchase.
